What we've done

•  During November we have took part in the Crystal Maze(Wilson Trophy)  a District Cub competition and won!!! 

• 15Cubs attend a Remembrance Day Service at St Edwards Church with the rest of the Group.

• We took part in the District swimming gala and the cubs did really well finishing 2^nd in the pack competition and helping the group gain 1^st Place.

•   10 Cubs sang in the Christmas show the Group Put on for Parents and friends.

• Leading up to Christmas the Cubs took part in seasonal activities making cards, decorating boards, they made the Christingles and held a service with prayers that Josh had found out for us as part of his Chief Scouts silver award and we went to the pantomime Alice in Wonderland which we all thoroughly enjoyed. 

• With a lot of the older Cubs going up to Scouts around Christmas the section seems very young again with the new cubs coming up from beavers and some that are new to Scouting, with a healthy section it was decided to do the Emergency aid badge over several weeks to get the new ones used to each other and to our way of working. And the lads have really got into it finding things out at home and practical activities at the hut this badge has probably been one of the longer badges we have attempted as the boys really had to know things and 25 boys gained their badge.
